Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?
No — we bring everything, including eco-friendly products as standard. If you'd prefer we use specific products you already have at home, just leave them out and let us know.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our regular customers give us a key or door code. We're fully insured and DBS-checked, so your home is in safe hands whether you're there or not.
What's your cancellation policy?
Just give us 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a clean and there’s no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged at 50% as we’ll have set the time aside for you.
How and when do I pay?
We invoice after each clean, payable by bank transfer or card. Regular customers are welcome to set up a standing order if that’s easier.
